The St. Mary’s County Government seeks technical and cost proposals to provide food services for employees and incarcerated individuals of the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center (SMCDRC) based on established cycle menus for regular and special or restricted diets.

The SMCDRC is a 351-bed local correctional facility. All cooking is to be done on-site from scratch. Food is to be prepared and placed in serving trays for delivery to cell blocks by correctional officers.

There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this solicitation. A site visit may be scheduled prior to the first Q&A Deadline on Wednesday November 27.
