NOTICE: REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
The City of Ward (“City”) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors to provide a complete turnkey Body-Worn Camera and In-Car Video System (front and rear seat facing) for 17 officers and 12 vehicles. Inclusive of all hardware, software licenses, cloud data storage/retrieval, warranty, installation/training, support and multi-year discounts for a lease period of five (5) years. Proposals will be evaluated on requirements, considerations, warranty and cost. A complete Bid Proposal Package may be obtained during normal business hours at the Ward City Hall – 405 Hickory St, Ward, AR or by emailing chasity@cityofward.com . Proposals must be received no later than 2 pm, March 16, 2025 and must be clearly marked on the outside envelope; “City of Ward Police Body-Worn and In-Car Camera/Video System – Ward RFP 2025-01.” Bids will be opened the City Hall Complex (Court/Council Room), 405 Hickory St, Ward, AR at 2 pm (local time) on March 16, 2025.
