The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will receive sealed bids for UAPB Bid #P224 until 11:00 A.M. CST on Wednesday, August 20, 2026, for Protective Security Guard Services.

Details and specifications are available to responsible and responsive bidders upon request from the Procurement Office, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Bidders are cautioned that acquisition bidding documents through any source other than as listed above is not advisable. Acquisition of bidding documents from unauthorized sources place the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information upon which to base his/her bid.
Bids may be sent to you electronically by calling/emailing Patricia Cole at (870) 575-8736/colep@ uapb.edu with your email address. BIDS MAY NOT BE RETURNED ELECTRONICALLY IF THEY ARE FORMAL BIDS OR MARKED UAPB BIDS. THESE BIDS MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED.
The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann 22-90-20, the State encourages all small and minority business enterprises to complete to win.
