Project Description: The project proposes to widen Prosperity Church Rd from Old Ridge Rd northward to Benfield Rd. Improvements will include curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drainage, bicycle lanes, on-street parking, and a roundabout at Prosperity Church Rd and Prosperity Ridge Rd.
