PROSECUTING SERVICES. The Lake Minnetonka Conservation District (LMCD) is seeking qualified law firms to submit proposals to serve as LMCD’s Prosecuting Attorney. The selected law firm will be chosen based on demonstrated experience in the areas of municipal prosecution and water resources law. The successful applicant shall possess sufficient resources to ensure that the demands of the LMCD’s legal needs will be met on a timely basis. A complete copy of the RFP is available on the LMCD’s website . All proposals shall be made in accordance with the specifications and must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 5 p.m. Proposals can be submitted electronically to David Krueger, Executive Director, at lmcd@lmcd.org . Any questions are to be submitted in writing to David Krueger by March 25, 2026 at 5 p.m.
