The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA or the Department) is placingan RFO for bid to provide a subscription to Bloomberg financial services. After reviewing theDepartment’s current needs, we have identified Bloomberg Anywhere as an essential tool to enhancethe accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of our financial operations, particularly in relation to theDepartment’s bond programs. Bloomberg will significantly enhance our ability to make informed, datadriven decisions, and align our objectives with industry best practices. TDHCA is looking for a vendor tosupply a subscription Bloomberg Professional Service (Bloomberg), commencing on April 1, 2025.
