The SCLC is soliciting proprietary bids for the provision of the following services and products to Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (“Library”):

Eaton 9355 UPS Service Life Extension Program

The contractor will perform an extensive inspection of the existing equipment.

The contractor will assess and perform a “UPS Electronics Replacement Service” including, but not limited to:

Eaton 9355 UPS Fan Replacement

Include an updated warranty and service plan

Provide an Annual and Ongoing Emergency Maintenance Service Plan

Includes 24 hour, 7 days per week emergency service

Provide bi-annual preventative maintenance

The vendor will outline all equipment and services covered in an annual maintenance contract.
