Proprietary Bid for Uninterruptible Power Supply service and upgrades 2026

The SCLC is soliciting proprietary bids for the provision of the following services and products to Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (“Library”):

1. Eaton 9355 UPS Service Life Extension Program

   1. The contractor will perform an extensive inspection of the existing equipment.

   2. The contractor will assess and perform a “UPS Electronics Replacement Service” including, but not limited to:

2. Eaton 9355 UPS Fan Replacement

   1. Include an updated warranty and service plan

3. Provide an Annual and Ongoing Emergency Maintenance Service Plan

   1. Includes 24 hour, 7 days per week emergency service

   2. Provide bi-annual preventative maintenance

   3. The vendor will outline all equipment and services covered in an annual maintenance contract.
