The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for Light Fittings as per attached word document titled PR16008107 - LIGHT FITTINGS
Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Delivery within 30 days Payment within 3-4 weeks upon Delivery to, PR16008107 NJ 08902
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of theiroffer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission maydeem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highlyencouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA Quotation due date and time June 17, 2026 at 17:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
