Proposal to develop SE Corner of Fairchild and Vermilion

We seek a forward-thinking partner to redevelop a prime 1.62-acre site at the heart of our Vermilion/Midtown Corridor.

Located at 821 N Vermilion Street, at the intersection with Fairchild Street, this vacant, city owned parcel is poised to become a mixed-use development featuring 12,000-17,000 sq ft of commercial space. Just a 3-minute drive from downtown and adjacent to Danville High School, the site benefits from its inclusion in the Midtown Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.
