Proposal Solicitation – Janitorial Cleaning Services

Wicomico County is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors for Janitorial Cleaning Services for

several Government Buildings in conformity with the specifications detailed in the Proposal Documents.

Proposal Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County

Purchasing Department by either e-mailing the Purchasing department at

purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or via the

County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this website for

addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the content of any

Proposal Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor

to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Proposal Documents.

Pre-proposal Conferences will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the following

locations:

1. Government Office Building, 125 N. Division St., Room B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.

2. Historic Courthouse, 101 N. Division St. Salisbury, MD 21801.

3. Circuit Court, 102 Court St. Salisbury, MD 21801.

4. States Attorney’s Office, 309 East Main St. Salisbury, Maryland 21801.

5. Public Safety Building-Sherriff’s Department; 401 Naylor Mill Road, Salisbury,

Maryland 21801.

6. Webster Farm Annex (General Services Building); 28562 Owens Branch Road,

Salisbury, Maryland 21801.

7. SBY Airport; 5485 Airport Terminal Road, Salisbury, Maryland 21804.

The last day for questions will be noon on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Sealed Proposal Documents are due no later than Tuesday October 31, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. and will be

opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department located at 125 N. Division Street, Government

Office Building, Room B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Proposal Documents will not be accepted.

Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
