on the SCDOT web site, Bid Express, and the Construction Extranet immediatley after bids are opened.
The following items will be made available on August 9, 2026 unless otherwise noted:

• Construction Standards can be found under Business via SCDOT web site (www.scdot.org)
Access the Construction Extranet (https://www.scdot.org/business/constructionletting-extranet.aspx). for the

• CPM Schedule Templates
• Contractor Discussin Board
Contractors are encouraged to utilize the Discussion Board to make contact with other Prime and
Subcontractors to request/offer quotes. There is no charge to access this site, but you must register for a
user name and password.
Certain projects will require bidders to have a minimum quarterly CPS (Contractor Performance Score)
issued by SCDOT. These projects will be noted accordingly to include the minimum score and quarter
issued. Contractors wishing to verify their CPS may call SCDOT Construction Data Support at (803)737-
2031.
Hardcopy plans and proposals are available via Engineering Publications:
o Printed upon request only, call ahead for pickup orders
o Located in room G23 SCDOT Headquarters
o Email PlanStorage@scdot.org /Phone (803)737-4533/ Fax (803)737-4530
o Proposals are $15 and Plans are $2 per sheet
o Cash, check, money order, VISA/MC accepted payable to SCDOT (No refunds)
o Contractors do not have to buy plans to be able to bid
o The Voluntary Plan Holders List is available on BIDX.
