Property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Grass Valley DMV Field Office.  Term: thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Estimated budget cost $95,400.00 for three (3) year term.

Current contractor and cost: Elite Pressure Washing Services, LLC, for Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services. Parking lot sweeping cost per month $500.00 and paved surface pressure washing and/or steam cleaning cost per quarter $900.00.

Total cost $28,800.00 for thirty-six (36) months
