The subject of this offering is two contiguous lots each being 25' x 50 feet being located at 1710 Reynolds Street
between 33rd Street to the north and 34th Street to the south, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia 31405 and identified
in the records of the Chatham County Board Of Assessors Office as Property Identification Number’s 20064 06003 and
20064 06004.
The sale is scheduled to follow the “Seal Bid Process” as provided by Georgia Law (O.C.G.A. 36-9-3 Act 363, SB
397). All Bids are required to be submitted as of July 10, 2026, by no later than 11:00 A.M. and must be delivered
to The Purchasing Department of Chatham County, 1117 Eisenhower Drive, Suite C, Savannah, Georgia 31406.
