Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for Property Management services for a 184,000 square foot office building (Waters Edge and Regional Traffic Management [RTMC]) located at 1500 West County Road B2 in Roseville, Minnesota, by providing the customary services necessary for comfort, service, convenience, and safety of tenants. The goal of this project is to have the selected responder perform all necessary Property Management duties in accordance with industry standards and State’s expectations in a professional manner that will require minimal involvement of, and oversight by State Staff.
