Property Management for 420 Boulevard Of The Allies RFP/RFQ#125-39-18

The City of Pittsburgh (City), the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), and the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) (collectively, the City, URA, and HACP are referred to as the ¡°Co-Owners¡±), are accepting competitive proposals from experienced property management firms to manage the Co-Owners¡¯ property located to 420 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219 (the ¡°Property¡±). Closing occurred on September 20, 2018 and design is underway for the LEED Silver build-out of the Property. Management decisions will be delegated to representatives of each Co-Owner. The Co-Owners are contemplating the award of a professional service contract, or contracts, for three (3) years with two (2), one (1) year extension option at the discretion of all Co-Owners.
