Property Maintenance – R-O-W & Facilities

Bid Announcement

The City Of Bixby, Oklahoma, invites bids for Property Maintenance (mowing, trimming, picking up trash & debris) of Right-of-Way and Drainage Facilities from May 1st, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Contracts will be renewable on an annual basis, subject to approval of the Bixby City Council each year. Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 111 N. Cabanis St., Bixby, OK 74008 before April 15 ^th ,2025 at 10:00 a.m. and opened in the Council Chambers at 10:00 a.m. on April 15 ^th , 2025.

All bidders will be required to submit a Bidders Qualification form, conforming to those included in the Contract Documents. All bids shall be accompanied by proof of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance or waiver from the State of Oklahoma.

The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicapped status.

The City of Bixby reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
