PROPERTY LEASE FOR

TELECOMMUNICATION TOWER AND FACILITIES

The Town of Concord is inviting proposals from a qualified firm or firms to enter into a lease for the installation and operation of a telecommunications tower and related equipment for wireless telecommunications services on approximately 10,000 square foot portion of the Town-owned property located on 755 Walden Street, Concord, Massachusetts. A written Request for Proposals detailing the services sought and proposal submission requirements can be obtained by contacting Gail Dowd, Interim Procurement Manager, at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. with RFP 25-2006 in the subject line.  One (1) original and five (5) copies of the proposal are to be submitted no later than Friday, November 25, 2024, at 9:00 AM.

An optional site visit will be held on November 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

All proposals become the property of the Town of Concord.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it is in the Town’s interest to do so.  Proposals should be submitted to:
