PROPERTY LEASE FOR INSTALLATION OF
TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES

The Town of Concord is inviting proposals from a qualified firm or firms to lease a portion of town owned building for the purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining a wireless telecommunications tower and related apparatus at 40 Stow Street, Concord, MA.

Four hard copies and one electronic copy via USB) of the proposal are to be submitted no later than Tuesday, May 27th at 9:00 AM. All information other than the Price Proposal Sheet, shall be included in the Non-Price Proposal envelope or box.

Optional site walkthroughs will be available by appointment between April 30 and May 7. To schedule a walkthrough, please contact the Town Manager’s Office at 978-318-3000.

All proposals become the property of the Town of Concord. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it is in the Town’s interest to do so. Proposals should be submitted to:
