Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 6, 2026. The City of Waco is accepting bids for the purchase of a city-owned house and approximately five (5) acres of land. All responsive bids will be presented to the City Council for consideration at the first feasible council meeting. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
