Propane for School Buses.

Please be aware this is an electronic bid.  Questions will need to be submitted by May 19, 2025 at 2:00p.m. and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than May 20, 2025 at 2:00p.m.  Bids will be due on May 23, 2025 at 10:00a.m.  All questions must be posted through ProcureWare. A Bid Form wth scope if work is enclosed under the "Documents" tab.  Please fill out the bid sheet found under the "Documents" tab.  Please defer to additional instructions with regard to bid submission through ProcureWare.  Please submit your bid electronically through the ProcureWare system.  After review of the factors set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, the City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to make and award, or to decline to make an award.
