Proof Test Machine Calibration Services

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 410A Procurement intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source purchase order to Chant Engineering Co., Inc., to provide 200K Data Proof Test Machine calibration services in support of Facilities, code 1151. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811210; business size standard is $34,000,000.00.

Chant Engineering Co., Inc., is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the 200K Data Proof Test Machines.

No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of this announcement. However, all information received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor’s bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Requests must include company name, address, telephone number of the requestor, e-mail address, SAM Unique Entity ID number and business size.
