Promotional Products

The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "Department" or "GDOT") is conducting this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 50-5-50 et seq) to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide to the Department Promotional Products as further described in this eRFQ.

The Georgia Department of Transportation will act as the lead agency and will manage any resulting Awarded Contract(s). Resulting Contracts may be a source for other State of Georgia governmental entities subject to the State Purchasing Act including, but not limited to; state offices, agencies, authorities, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, institutions, colleges and universities. Any resulting Contract(s) may also be available on a convenience basis to other governmental entities such as; local government, municipalities, cities, townships, counties and other political subdivisions within the State of Georgia. All entities authorized to utilize the resulting contract(s) shall be referred to collectively as Authorized Users.

Although the Department does not guarantee any maximum nor minimum amount of purchases henceforth, the State's total expenditures for Promotional Products was $9,560,105.89 for Fiscal Years 2020-2024. The average 1.9 million per year is anticipated to increase moving forward due to the result of lower spending from the COVID-19 pandemic in years 2020-2021.
