Promotional Items, Marketing Signage and Screen Printing

Project Description: The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide promotional products, marketing signage and screen printing for internal, university-wide use. The intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") and the ensuing process is to provide companies with information, requirements, and specifications necessary for the preparation of a professional and comprehensive proposal.
Length of the contract:
The Agreements resulting from this solicitation will be in effect for three (3) years from the date of award. The parties by mutual consent may renew the Agreement for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
