Promotional Items for the County of Mercer

The County of Mercer is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of promotional items for various using agencies. The County are looking for offeror(s) with an  The County of Mercer shall award multiple contracts to an offeror who are deemed responsive and responsible as per  N.J.S.A 40:11-1 and N.J.A.C 5:34. The  Contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Please note that this bid is designated as a  “Set-Aside Contract” and the County intends to pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-41, et seq, & Ordinance No. 2018-5, a copy of which is available at : https://www.mercercounty.org/home/showpublisheddocument/11467/636673482165670000 .  The following groups checked below are able to bid on this project:

Any bids received by a person or entity not indicated above will be rejected by the County of Mercer as not being responsive to the bid.
