The act defines "promotional items" as items used to promote or advertise state agencies, including, without limitation, items like bumper stickers, clothing, keychains, mugs, pens, and pins. Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-1-1204 - Promotional items made in China are prohibited. A state agency shall not spend public funds to purchase promotional items made in the People's Republic of China.
