Bid Number:	HSU RFP 26-02 ***All vendors, whether you send in a proposal or not, all vendors must agree and adhere to Arkansas Act 943 of 2025, officially titled "An Act to Amend the Law Concerning Prohibited Contracts by State Agencies; And To Prohibit the Use of Public Funds by State Agencies to Purchase Promotional Items Made in China", restricting state agencies from using public funds to purchase promotional items manufactured in China. The act defines "promotional items" as items used to promote or advertise state agencies, including, without limitation, items like bumper stickers, clothing, keychains, mugs, pens, and pins. Arkansas Code Annotated § 25-1-1204 - Promotional items made in China are prohibited. A state agency shall not spend public funds to purchase promotional items made in the People's Republic of China.
