NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ocean County Board of Health is seeking quotations for promotional items for the period April 15 to December 31, 2026.
Background Information:
The Ocean County Board of Health is tax-exempt government unit. The award of a contract or contracts for the provision of promotional items with one-color imprinting is anticipated to be made by April, 2026 based on the most advantageous terms, price and other factors considered. Award of contract(s) is anticipated to be made by line item. Interested parties must submit quotes by April 1 at 11 a.m. which will be opened and read aloud at 175 Sunset Ave., Toms River, NJ 08755 on April 2 at 11 a.m. The Ocean County Board of Health (OCBH) will consider proposals for a one-year open-end contract for the period April 15 to December 31, 2026 for unit prices at the minimum and maximum quantities identified in this request for quotations. Vendors and contractors are required to comply with applicable New Jersey public purchasing requirements; information on requirements and a link to the E-Procurement platform can be found at:

General Requirements:
1. Quotes for promotional items with one-color imprinting are being requested. All items must include the Ocean County Health Department logo and "Ocean County Health Department" text in Lato font. If a substantially equivalent alternative is proposed, specifications for the alternative or a link to the item must be provided.
2. Provide line item pricing and upload additional information form and certification in the E-Procurement portal. Cost will be evaluated based on the minimum units for all items.
3. If any warranty in addition to that of fitness for the purpose is included and/or available, provide information on such with quote.
4. Vendor/contractor shall provide a copy of its W-9 before award of contract.
5. Vendor/contractor shall provide a copy of the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and Iran, Russia and Belarus prohibited activities disclosure before award of contract.
6. Vendor/contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Ocean County Board of Health as additional insured in a minimum amount of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 aggregate general liability; $1,000,000 auto liability each accident, combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage if contract requires use of vehicle; worker’s compensation in the statutory minimum and employer’s liability coverage of at least $100,000 for each accidental injury and with respect to bodily injury by disease, $100,000 each employee and $500,000 per policy year before award of contract or certification of sole proprietorship.
