This project is located in Region 1 in Jefferson County. Project work consists of resurfacing of both east and westbound I-70 from Chief Hosa to Colfax. Work may also include mill and fill, guardrail improvements, erosion control, and signing and striping. Bridge deck repair is planned for the bridge at MP 258.7. Additionally, the project will implement safety strategies defined in the I-70 EB Active Traffic Management (ATM) Concept of Operations.
