The Health and Human Services Commission, for and on behalf ofits Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive SealedProposals for selection of a General Contractor to provide general constructionand construction administration services to the Owner for Project No.24-005-VSH - Equipment Replacement at Building 533, North Texas State Hospital– Vernon Campus in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirementsset forth in this Solicitation.

This Solicitation is being issued to select a Contractor forthe Project as provided by Texas Government Code, Section 2155.144(b-2)and Chapter 2269, Subchapter D.

Project Estimate:

The approximate cost for constructionof the Project is $1,605,786.53.

Mandatory JobsiteWalkthroughs:

All Respondents arerequired to attend one Facility Site Visit as specified in Section 2.2(Schedule of Events). Potential Respondents should be prepared to complete oneof the scheduled tours; additional tours will not be offered.
