¿Project Talon¿ Phase 1A New Parking Area

Sealed Proposals for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary to complete the ¿Project Talon¿ Phase 1A New Parking Area (the ¿Project¿) will be received by the Academy for Classical Education (the ¿Owner¿) at 5665 New Forsyth Road, Macon, GA 31029 until 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 11, 2025. The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the Project, including but not limited to grading, drainage, erosion control, hot mix asphalt paving, and stabilization of disturbed areas. The Proposal Documents include, but may not be limited to, the Instructions to Proposers, the Contract Agreement, the General Conditions, the Drawings, the Specifications and forms of Proposal Bid Bond (5%), Performance and Payment Bonds (100%). Proposer must obtain the Contract Documents from the office of the Engineer in order to be eligible to submit a proposal.
