This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) 2025 GRADER, as further described in Appendix B - RFQ Particulars, Section A (the “Deliverables”).

The City is requesting quotes for the supply and delivery of a new Grader for expected delivery within 10 months, but no later than 18 months upon issuance of a purchase order. The unit will be administered, maintained, and repaired by the City’s Fleet Department. However, the selected proponent must be capable of performing warranty work or repairs when and if required.

The term of the agreement will be in effect until the completion / receipt of the Deliverables,
which is expected no later than 18 months after issuance of a purchase order.
