will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at Missouri University of Science and

Technology, Design and Construction Management, Room 102, General Services Building, 1701 Spruce Drive,

Rolla, Missouri 65409, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024, and immediately opened and publicly read

aloud in Conference Room 151.

Drawings and specifications and other related contract information may be viewed and ordered online at

https://www.adsplanroom.net/ or by contacting American Document Solutions (ADS), 1400 Forum Boulevard,

Suite 7A, Columbia, Missouri 65203, phone (573) 446-7768, or email orders@adsmo.net for a refundable deposit

of $100, CHECK ONLY, payable to ADS. Mailing cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. Only documents

returned within fourteen (14) calendar days after the bid opening, in good condition will be refunded. A download

is available for a (non-refundable) purchase. Neither owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial

sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda (if any) obtained from sources other than the issuing office. All

Contract Documents must be obtained by the Bidder from ADS to be an Eligible Bidder.

The project scope shall be defined as follows: Selective demolition of ceilings, walls, doors, and steel structure

modifications in preparation for a new overhead door. Supply and install new ceilings, walls, flooring, man doors,

and an overhead door. Supply and Installation of new HVAC equipment, installation of CMU walls for an Engine

Dyno room, as well as reconfiguring the existing fire suppression system as required for revised walls ceilings and

room layouts. Selective demolition of lighting, and electrical components, to provide for new installation of a new

1200 amp, 480Y/277V, 3PH electrical service and distribution system which will refeed existing electrical

components in this side of the building. This installation will include a new transformer and Incoming underground

electrical service conductors and conduits.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 pm. on Tuesday, April 09, 2024, in Room 151, General Services Building,

1701 Spruce Drive, Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, MO. 65409. A tour of the project site

will follow the meeting.

The contractor shall have as a goal subcontracting with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of ten percent (10%),

with Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Enterprise (SDVE) of three percent (3%), and with Women Business

Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Veteran Supplier Diversity of ten percent

(10%), of awarded contract price for work to be performed.
