Project: Rabun County Fire Station #5 located in Dillard, GA 30537

Contractors are invited to submit a lump sum bid for the Rabun County Fire Station #5 construction project. All needed finish site work, retaining wall, paving, curbs and gutters, concrete and masonry, mechanical, electrical, painting, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and all other scopes of work needed for the Rabun County Fire Station #5 are included in this package. Building will be constructed per plans and specifications.

Sealed bids will be received by the Rabun County Board of Commissioners until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 14, 2026 at their office located at 25 Courthouse Square Suite 201 Clayton, GA 30525. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the bid package Proposal Form along with a 5% bid bond. No faxed or emailed bids accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at said office after submittal deadline.

A thorough review of the bid package description and bid documents are required prior to submitting bids. A MANDATORY pre bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 10 AM at the building site located at 29 Bettys Creek Rd, Dillard, GA 30537.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
