Project Description: The purpose of the proposal is to evaluate, prioritize, and plan for the implementation of a comprehensive trail network that promotes connectivity, safety, and accessibility for all users, particularly vulnerable road users (VRU), transit-reliant populations, and disadvantaged communities. The new plan should incorporate public and internal engagement, demographic analysis, safety data, and updated cost estimates to ensure an equitable, safe, and connected trail network for the city.
