Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) invites you to submit a proposal for design professional services for Construction of a pedestrian path on Montgall Avenue from E 31st St to E 43rd St. Including: NEPA documentation and compliance, Conceptual and Final Design, Public Engagement and Stakeholder Coordination, ROW and Utilities Coordination, and Sustainable and Context-Sensitive Design.
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals on this project are 5%.
