Project Description: The purpose of the proposal is to contract with a firm for needed, On-Call Traffic Engineering Services to the City of Kansas City, MO in accordance with all provisions within this RFQP. The selected firm(s) shall provide traffic engineering services for federal, state, and/or local funded projects. Potential projects that may be included within the scope of work include
