Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) invites you to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) issued by the General Services Department of the City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”)
to solicit a sealed Technical Approach Submittal and a sealed Price Submittal (collectively, "Bid") for the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk (“CM@Risk”) to participate in and manage the construction of Project No. Project No. EV3762 KCPD Central Booking Facility Project (CM@Risk) Construction Manager at Risk Services (“Project”).
