Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) invites you to submit a proposal for Kansas City for design of the Kansas City Municipal Detention and Rehabilitation Center. The new Municipal Detention and Rehabilitation Center facility shall accommodate 250 beds. The minority participation goals on the project are 14% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 14% Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
