Project Description:

This project will capture essential repairs needed to address exterior finishes, structural
repairs, and all associated work in multiple buildings at Buc Ridge Apartments.

The selected architect will provide pre-programming services to assess project needs.
This work will include investigation of building envelope, exterior finishes, and
structural conditions, with consideration of life safety, roofs, electrical, plumbing,
and mechanical systems. The architect will develop a prioritized list of issues and
buildings to establish the basis for programming and the possibility of project phasing.
