Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: State-Wide Keywords: Consultant Services Bid Description: Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB) seeks proposals from a consultant or team of consultants to work with the VHCB, in consultation with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR), to serve as project manager to implement Phase II of the Act 59 conservation planning process, the creation of a conservation plan. This bid was previously posted and has passed the closing date; we are re-opening this bid and proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis until a final contractor is selected.
