Project Management Services for 2026 Trails Construction

Project Description: This Project Management contract will include providing coordination, inspection, quality control, and record keeping services for trail construction, as Bountiful City intends to hire contractors to construct about 3 miles of trails in the Mueller Park and Holbrook areas near Bountiful City. The trails are planned to be built primarily on property managed by US Forest Service; a small portion of the trails are planned on property owned by Bountiful City. These singletrack trails for multiple user groups are parts of an overall trails network.
The trails professional for the project must be independent (not under contract with Bountiful City for trails construction) and qualified to perform these services.
