This Notice of Intent (NOI) is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (”UBC” or the “University”) intends to enter in a purchase agreement with Crow Bird Consulting Inc. for Project Management Services for the project entitled “A Geological Survey for Critical Minerals in The Gitsegukla Huwilp Territory” funded by the Indigenous Natural Resource Partnerships program of Natural Resources Canada.
