Project Management and Restoration Services Phase 1 - Beaverton Creek and Metro West Basin EMU FY26

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide project management and restoration services for the Beaverton Creek Ecological Management Unit (approximately 159 acres) or the Metro-West Basin Ecological Management Unit (approximately 241 acres). Both are in Washington County. Interested contractors must submit proposals

Interested firms or individuals must submit proposals electronically to Marcela Erceg, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4784_Project_Management_And_Restoration_Services_Phase_1___Beaverton_Creek_And_Metro_West_Basin_Emu_Fy26 (Bid Locker) by March 19, 2025, at 5:00:00 p.m. (PST). District will not accept late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed, or emailed. Before contractors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.
