Project Management and Project Controls Specialist – Seconded Resources

Under this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) SaskPower intends to establish a shortlist of suppliers who have entered into a Master Secondment Agreement (“Agreement”) with SaskPower, that SaskPower has determined are qualified to provide seconded personnel, including Project Managers (PM’s) and Project Control Specialists (PCS’s), to support the implementation of project management and project controls (cost, schedule, and risk management) for SaskPower.

Suppliers who are on the list of Pre-qualified Suppliers may, on an “as, if and when” needed basis, be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into Statement(s) of Work/(SOW(s)) for the provision of Services, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.
