Project Management and Implementation of the 2022 Hazard Mitigation Grant

The Napa County Fire Administrator (NCFA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to acquire the services of a firm to support of the 2022 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Tubbs Fire and Glass Fire affected areas. This includes general project management, facilitation, and coordination of the Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) plan and implementation, planning and executing marketing and outreach for fuel management projects and implementation of the fuel’s reduction projects.

This RFP is a replacement of RFP FIRE122401 issued December 6, 2024. The replacement was required due to a change in scope of work and terms due to updated information from the lead applicant, the California Office of Emergency Services. As such a new timeline has been issued.
