Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage an experienced Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) to provide PMC services for (3) Design-Bid-Build Infrastructure Projects on West End Line (C35358 - Column Base Repair, C34938R - Structural Repairs & Painting, A36203 - Structural Repairs and Track Water Proofing) anticipated for award in 2025. Each Project has been bundled with other Projects into groups for contract packaging purposes. Each Project is categorized as one of the following types of work: (a) Major Elevated Structure Rehabilitation; (b) Abrasive Blasting and Painting of Structural Steel; (c) Track and Track Slab Replacement; and (d) Traction Power Replacement. The services of the Consultant shall be performed under the general direction of the designated MTA Representative.
