Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Project # 24-lbj-002-LBJ Balcony Waterproofing, at 150 Erie St in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture 132 Lincoln St Boston, MA 02111.

The project consists of Repairing the Balconies.

THE SCOPE OF BALCONY WATERPROOFING REPAIR WORK AT THE LBJ APARTMENTS INCLUDES REMOVAL OF EXISTING BALCONY RAILINGS, INSPECTION OF THE EXISTING WATERPROOFING AFTER REMOVAL, AND REPAIRS TO EXISTING SEALANTS AND TRAFFIC COATINGS. REINSTALL EXISTING RAILINGS.

The work is estimated to cost $70,000.00.
