Project Description: The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) within Louisville Metro Government is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified software development firms or vendors capable of designing and deploying a robust, scalable, and intelligent project management solution. This system must be specifically tailored to the lifecycle of housing and community development finance projects and equipped to support the Department’s expanding scope of work and ambitious affordable housing production goals.
