Project 24-Fiber-003 Fiberoptic Infrastructure Project at Washington Elms

Cambridge Housing Authority, in its capacity as managing member, acting on behalf of Essex Street Management, Inc. and Washington Elms LLC, the Owner and Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Project 24-Fiber-003 Fiberoptic Infrastructure Project at Washington Elms located at 100 Harvard Street, Cambridge, MA 02139 in accordance with the documents prepared by Liro-Hill Architects, 525 Main Street, Suite 3303 Boston, MA 02129

The project consists of the installation and connection of a fiber optic loop and data cable runs from the basement up to each of the (175) one hundred-seventy-five residential units in the 16 buildings comprising Washington Elms.

The work is estimated to cost $250,000.
