NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Deer Isle-Stonington CSD 13 School wishes to procure services to assist with project
documentation for the State of Maine School Revolving Renovations
Fund process. Qualifications packages are due at 1:00 p.m. on February 20, 2026,
as stated in the RFQ.
The scope of work includes project management services with the development of a five-year
construction plan, prioritization of capital projects, identification of funding sources to support
the local capital budget, and identification of available contractors and supplies needed.
